Man I’ve been working everyday since Friday. I’m kinda tired but work calls tomorrow, and the next day, but Thursday will be my day!

So the other day, this lady asked me and I quote:
“How big is the 7oz salmon and what’s the difference between 11oz salmon?”
C’mon man!
One is freaking 7 ounces and the other is 11 ounces for a difference of 4 ounces! It’s in the name!
That’s like asking for ice tea with no ice, oh wait that’s happened before.

So last night one guy told me that he has lived in Houston for a year and felt that I had given him the best service in Houston! It was a particularly busier than normal Tuesday and there was some problems, (we didn’t have clean wine glasses for like 15 minutes and this gentleman and his date were waiting a long time!) but hearing him say that about me made going in to work last night...
