How can you say something is like crack unless you’ve actually tried crack or may be addicted to it? This would support your simile.
If so, then I have completely misjudged you and yes your comparison is valid. If not, then the thing is just really, really good. No comparison to crack needed.

So 3 guys were walking around the 8th floor of the library looking for a table today. They walked past where I was sitting and one guy said “why the fuck is everybody studying today”. And I just said out loud because you’re not the only one that goes here. I know he heard me and he kept walking.
