My last two new year’s have been spent at work. And for the last two years, I’ve gone to Jack in the Box and order a combo as my mini celebration. You know how they always try to suggestively sell you a dessert at fast food places? I say yes when it’s midnight on new year’s eve.

I didn’t get a good picture of Celina and I with my Christmas tree. Now I need to get one asap! It won’t have presents under it but it will always be a reminder of our first Christmas together. She was totally a part of the family and got some gifts from everyone! =]

SO! I was on Youtube checking out this guy Tyler the Creator I have been hearing so much about. I watched the Yonkers video to see why he won best new artist.
I swear. I felt like I was watching Satan. That shit was cray.
And I have arrived to the conclusion that I don’t like this dude’s music at all. Too hardcore and violent for me. I could say the same for all them Odd Future...

Posadas
Spent the evening with Celina because she had posadas at her house and it was pretty fun. If you don’t know what that is, she told me it is a celebration of the 9 days before Christmas. We ate tamales that her mom made and just sat around with the rest of her family. We played with all the little Mexican babies. Me: Alright, cool. (I pull out my card out and swipe)
Cashier: (Turns around to security) Hey man, was that girl thick? She fine?

Cashier: Yeah, she earned it. She could get it.
Me: (Awkwardly standing there)

Today I worked as a cocktail server from 11am to about 10:30pm and what a horribly long shift that was! I got maybe 30 minutes to eat and was on my feet the entire day. At least I got to watch the NFL all day and made some money while doing it.
Probably won’t do this to myself again. Something must be wrong with my shoes because my knees are always dying by the 5th and 6th hours.
